In a bid to effectively position itself as a foremost Non Governmental Organization, BICAG Charity Foundation has appoints an erstwhile current executive member of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) Sagamu Chapter, Comr. Azeez Sakiru Abidemi, popularly known as Asiwaju Bidex, has the Director of its organization.
This decision was taken at the end of the Foundation’s first outreach program held in Sagamu on 21st January, 2024, where 100 widows and old ages received food items to kick start the establishment of the Foundation in Sagamu.
Other members appointed into the Executive board members are Mr. Mosaku Dimeji as the Secretary, Mrs. Sekinat Adepeju Adesanya as Treasurer, Comr. Adeyinka Ashaye as Welfare/Planning Officer, Comr. Saliu Olamide Daniel (Genesis) as PRO/Media & Publicity Officer, Mr. Azeez Mayowa Ganiu as Financial Secretary, Mr. Alade Olamilekan as Protocol Officer, and Mr. Samson Kazeem Lamina as Procurement Officer.

The Founder of the Foundation, Mrs. Abidemi Emmanuel explained that the executives leadership ably led by Bidex are expected to guide the Foundation’s activities and influence positive policy implementation in the best interest of the widows, old ages and other vulnerable people in and beyond the shores of Sagamu, and Ogun State at large.

With the appointment of the board members made official today, Saturday 27th January, 2024, with immediate effect, the Founder also urge the newly officers to see the appointment as a way of changing the narratives of the poor society, as well as a philanthropic gesture in working for the interest of the less privilege and compound building of humanity and the society at large. “I wish you all a hearty congratulations as you drive the mantle of the Foundation together to a promise land, and may God Almighty guides and also protect you all”, the Founder, Mrs. Emmanuel concluded.
