In her goodwill messages to adherents of the Islamic faith during a brief media chat with the Director of the Foundation, Asiwaju (Comr.) Abidemi Bidex, today, Monday, March 11th, 2024, the Founder noted that Islam as a religion of peace and patriotism in the growth and development of any nation cannot be overemphasized as she admonished all Muslim faithfuls and Nigerians at large to keep hope alive by harnessing the core values that straightens the country’s unity in diversity.

Mrs. Emmanuel also uses the opportunity to announce the Foundation intention to feed indigent Muslims during Ramadan, noting that it would not be sustainable to have Muslims fasting and not eat healthy food during the holy month. “In this Ramadan season, we’ll be extending our charity outreach tagged as “Feed A Fasting Soul This Ramadan In Sagamu” to the Muslim faithfuls in Sagamu, area of Ogun State, by organizing a feeding program where the Muslims faithfuls will be having free Iftar meal at the end of the day at sunset”, she said.

She further stated that the program will not hold in one place, but will be taking from one town in Sagamu to another, so as to make it get across to all the towns in Sagamu, noting the date and venue for each day of the program will be officially announce to all the indigent Muslims via Bicag Charity Foundation social media pages.

“We still have further projects in plan to execute, such as Giving Food Items to vulnerable people, supporting educational growth of the less privilege family, giving free medical outreach to the people, donating to community project and humanitarian support, and many more. We have been doing this before and we will continue to do more beyond, as it is our sheer humanitarian belief to ensure that everyone lives comfortable. We want to create a world of hope where everyone in need is provided with resources and opportunities for them to thrive,” Mrs. Emmanuel added.

Mrs. Abidemi in her conclusion wishes all Muslim brothers and sisters a purposive Ramadan. It’s my prayer that everyone is rewarded with mercy, forgiveness, and joy as we embark on this period of spiritual reflection, self-improvement, and increased devotion to faith. May we all have a rewarding Ramadan.
