At the stakeholders meeting of the Sagamu Chapter of the APC Youth League held today, Tuesday, April 23rd, 2024, at the All Progressives Congress, APC, Party Secretariat in Sagamu, had the former Secretary of the League, Comr. Samson Onasoga as the new Coordinator, Comr. Balikis as the new Deputy Coordinator, and Comr. Yetunde Alimi, as the new Secretary of the League.
During the meeting, the ex coordinator of the league, Comr. Hammed Sunmola, popularly known as Tantala, announced the call to an end of his administration after being appointed into another position by the State leadership of the league led by Comr. Yunus Fayomi Gateway as the New Coordinator for Ogun East Senatorial district of the league. Thereafter, he announced Comr. Onasoga has the new principal of the league.
The appointment of Onasoga as the new coordinator was done by all the stakeholders present at the meeting, through a voting exercise, where the new coordinator got more popular votes and support of all the members.
In additions, at the stakeholders meeting of the Ogun APC Youth League, held in Abeokuta Ogun State capital on 16th, April 2024 at Yewa Assembly Oke-Ilewo Abeokuta.
After the opening prayer and party anthem, introduction follows. The State Coordinator of the League, Comr. Yunus Fayomi Gateway welcomed all the stakeholders to the edition and also appreciate every members for their support so far most especially during the election process that produced our former State Coordinator as the New National President of the League, in the person of Com. Olamide Lawal, who also joined the meeting.
It’s during that meeting the state executives decided to appoint Oyegunle Omowale as the Senatorial Coordinator of the League in the Central and Ahmed Sunmola, popularly known as Tantala as the Senatorial Coordinator of the League for Ogun East.
The appointed leaders of the League were one time local government Coordinators of their various local government. The National President of the league, appreciated the entire members present for their zones.
