The Coordinator, APC Youth League,  Ogun State Coordinate, Comrade Gateway Yunus Fayomi on behalf of the entire members of the league heartily congratulates the newly inaugurated commissioners and state cabinet members that were just inaugurated today 23rd August, 2022, by Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun -MFR.

The Coordinator stated this today after the appointees were sworn into office in Abeokuta,  the state capital, Genesis Media House report.

In statement signed by the State Media & Publicity Secretary of the League, Olanrewaju Sulaimon Akanbi “We believe your appointments shall add value to the efforts of our Governor towards bringing immense contributions to the development of the Gateway state” He noted.

He enjoined the new appointees to work assiduously to complement the vision of the present administration towards building our future together.

“As the 2023 general elections draw near, we assure you of the support of the members of APC youth League in driving home the victory of our party, APC”

The new commissioners sworn in today by the Executive Governor are: Oludotun Taiwo ( Forestry);  Ganiyu Hamzat (Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs); Mrs. Motunrayo Adeleye -Oladapo ( Culture and Tourism);  Mr. Oladimeji Oresanya ( Environment); Mrs. Olufemi Ilori Oduntan (Special Duties and Inter -Governmental Affairs); Hon. Abayomi Hunye ( Community Development and Cooperatives) and Mr. Jamiu Odetoogun (Rural Development), while the former Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Dr Oluwatoyin Taiwo is now the new Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor.

“As we know a larger percentage of the appointees are grassroots politician,  even before their call to service, we urge you to ensure the use of your exalted offices in bringing development to the nooks and crannies of the state” he submitted.
