On this day, Wednesday 28th, June 2023, a Sagamu born and bred entrepreneur, philanthropist and politician, Omooba Adeniyi Adesola Idowu popularly known as NIYIFOLA, extends greetings to all Muslim Ummah and charges them to be more dedicated, love one another including the other believer’s and also remain obedient to God’s bidding as they celebrates this year Eid-el-kabir.
Niyifola in his goodwill messages, said “I hereby felicitates with all Muslim brothers and sisters of Sagamu, Remo, Ogun State and Nigeria at large on the occasion of eid-el-kabir celebration, as this period marks yet another remembrance of Prophet Ibrahim whose obedience to Allah’s commandment endures, while he admonished all the Muslims constituents to continue promoting peace, tolerance and harmonious coexistence in the society adding that without peace and harmony, there can never be no prosperity and progress.
Niyifola, who is a grassroot politician, stakeholder and chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC), noted that peace is essential for the development of every society and enjoined the Muslim faithfuls to pray fervently for peace, unity and prosperity of Sagamu, Remo and Ogun State at a whole, for greater development, infrastructure facilities and job employments opportunities to strive across the State under the second term tenure of the best achieving Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun -MFR, CON, while he also urge all constituents to focus on the things that bind them together and eschew issues capable of dividing them.
“Dear Muslim faithfuls, much as i continue to pray for peaceful coexistence amongst different faiths, i also charge you all to take advantage of this sacred period to pray for the prosperity of our nation, Nigeria under the presidency of His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu –GCFR, and to also remember those who are on pilgrimage to the Holy Land, Mecca in prayer, while i therefore urge you all to tolerate one another and assist the less privileged in the society as one of the surest ways of reducing poverty, assuring that it is also the easiest way of getting supernatural blessings of the Almighty God”, Niyifola said.
Niyifola finally prayed God to guide and protect them as they celebrate this year’s eid-el-kabir, wishing them a successful celebrations in many years to come.
