This is in cognizance of your pedigree, records of performance, integrity and selfless service to the good people of the Gateway State. It is also an acknowledgement of your enviable pedigree as an outstanding performer and your commitment to excellence.

I also used the medium to congratulate all other Commissioners and Special Adviser’s who were sworn-in by Mr. Governor to help in the actualization of his “Building Our Future Together” agenda.
