Saturday 18th, September 2022, it was a first of its kind in the history of National Youth Council Of Nigeria (NYCN) Ogun State Chapter and Sagamu Branch, as 20 Youth Council Coordinators across the twenty local government areas in Ogun State were humbly hosted by the Ogun East Coordinators.

At the event held at Citizens Hotel, GRA, area of Sagamu, the vocal point of the meetings was to deliberate on Constituency development of the youths at large in Sagamu, Remo and Ogun State as a whole, while it was also stated that the forum will assist the local government branches to perform and get necessary attention from authorities as well as support the efforts of the state leadership to deliver the vision of the council across the State, Genesis Media House report.

Welcoming the visiting Youths, the Acting Coordinator, NYCN Sagamu Branch, Comr. Oluwole Johnson Aduroja; says the leadership of the NYCN Sagamu Branch humbly welcomed other Youth Council Coordinators across the State and appreciate their unwavering pursuit for the development of youths in Ogun State and its environs. “As we are all aware of the importance of Youth in our dear communities and society, we must not ignore the attention the foundation of Youths development in various constituency needs”, Aduroja said.

After a joint declaration of the forum, the following officers emerge to stir the ship of the coalition; Comr. Christopher O. Olokodana – Coordinator of all Coordinators, Comr. Oluwaseun E. Ojeleye – Clerk, and Comr. Emmanuel Enitan Ojo as Welfare Officer, while various Senatorial District Coordinator of all Coordinators were also appointed, Comr. Amuda Tajudeen G. for Ogun Central, Comr. Adeyinka Adebayo for Ogun West and Comr. Babatunde Yusuf Adekunle for Ogun East.

During his speech, the newly emerge Coordinator Of Ogun NYCN Coordinators Forum, Olokodana, officially congratulates all Coordinators for the well conferred position. While he equally charge all Coordinators to take their pledges to give the forum, the platform to thrive with unwavering commitment.

In addition, Ogun West Senatorial District was announce as the host of the next meeting of the Coordinators Forum.
