MHR Remo Hopeful Oyeleke Folajuwon Oluwole Mourns Otunba (Dr.) Doyin Okupe’s Passing

Oyeleke Folajuwon Oluwole, a top contender for the Remo House of Representatives seat under the All Progressives Congress (APC), has extended his heartfelt condolences to the Okupe family following the demise of Otunba (Dr.) Doyin Okupe, a renowned Nigerian politician and physician.
Otunba (Dr.) Doyin Okupe, who passed away at the age of 72, was a prominent figure in Nigerian politics, having served as the Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to former President Olusegun Obasanjo.Oluwole, in a statement, praised Otunba Okupe’s contributions to Nigeria’s political landscape, describing him as a dedicated public servant who worked tirelessly to promote the country’s development. He also commiserated with the Okupe family, expressing his deepest sympathy for their loss.
As a mark of respect, Oluwole called on the people of Remo to join him in mourning the passing of Otunba Okupe, whose legacy, he said, would continue to inspire future generations of Nigerian politicians and leaders.
