Alhaji Abdurahmon Okesola Of Ward 1 SLG Expels From Asoludero Solidarity Movement Over Series Of Alleged Misconduct, As Group Issues Strong Warning Against Impersonation

The All Progressives Congress (APC)-aligned Asoludero Solidarity Movement, a formidable political structure with presence across the 20 local government areas and 236 wards of Ogun State, has taken decisive disciplinary action against one of its members, Alhaji Abdurahmon Okesola, following serious allegations of misconduct.
At a high-level strategic stakeholders’ meeting held on Saturday, March 20, 2026, at the residential villa of its Convener and Founder, Dr. Adeleke Adedoyin popularly known as Baba Asoludero, who also doubles as the Ogun East APC Senatorial Chairman, the movement formally announced the dismissal and expulsion of Alhaji Abdurahmon Okesola of Ward 1, Sagamu Local Government, area of Ogun State, from it’s membership.
The meeting began with a welcome address by Baba Asoludero, who appreciated members for their steadfast commitment to the ideals of the movement.
A major highlight of the gathering was the extensive deliberation on allegations leveled against Alhaji Okesola. These included claims of misrepresentation, misleading the movement, mismanagement and misappropriation of funds, and the unauthorized act of parading himself as the State Coordinator of the Asoludero Solidarity Movement.
The stakeholders of the movement detailed how the accused allegedly exploited the name and structure of the movement for personal gain, attending political functions on behalf of the organization without authorization, collecting funds and political benefits meant for the group, and misrepresenting leadership positions. These actions, according to stakeholders, have caused significant reputational damage and internal disquiet within the organization.
It was further revealed that an official invitation was extended to Alhaji Okesola to respond to the allegations; however, the invitation was reportedly ignored and rejected by Alhaji Okesola, further aggravating concerns among members.
Following thorough deliberations, a motion for dismissal was moved by Alh. Wahab Morakinyo and received overwhelming support from attendees. The resolution led to the immediate removal of Alhaji Okesola as a member of the movement, with strict directives barring him from further associating with or representing the group in any capacity. The decision was formally ratified, signed, and sealed by the leadership, with the endorsement of the Convener and Founder, Baba Asoludero.
The leadership also issued a public advisory to political stakeholders, aspirants, and the general public to cease all engagements with the dismissed individual in the name of the movement, emphasizing that he no longer represents the interests of the movement.
Additionally, the movement announced that legal action would be initiated against Alhaji Okesola should he fail to comply with the directives. It warned that any attempt to impersonate or associate with the Asoludero Solidarity Movement in any event or political gathering would attract firm legal consequences.
In his closing remarks, Baba Asoludero commended the leadership for what he described as a sound and necessary decision, affirming that the resolution carries his full authority and endorsement. He reiterated that the movement remains committed to protecting its integrity and will not tolerate any actions capable of tarnishing its reputation.
The meeting was attended by notable stakeholders and members of the movement, including Hon. Raphael Adewale, Mr. Adebayo J.A., Musibau Adepegba, Akinyemi Olugbenga, Ogunsekan Noah, Afaku Taofeekat, Lamidi Modinat, Alh. Hassan Ajibola, Rildwan Alarape, Alh. Wahab Morakinyo, Ajayi Omoniyi, Bello Bola F., Hon. Oduwaye, Pa. Sokoya, Alhaja Motunrayo, Adeleke Idowu, among others.
