“No One Will See My Corpse — I Will Fly Away”: Prophet Odumeje Declares In Shocking Sermon
By Oludare Joshua

Prophet Chukwuemeka Cyril Ohanaemere, popularly known as Odumeje, has once again captured public attention with a startling proclamation about the end of his earthly journey.
The General Overseer of the Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry in Onitsha made the statement during a recent church service, where he claimed that no one would ever lay eyes on his body when he dies.
“I’m the strongest spiritual man in the world after the General, Prophet T.B. Joshua. We are not many—just two of us. One has finished his assignment and returned home. The Lion himself remains. The dead man. I don’t have much time left. Nobody will see my corpse,” Odumeje declared to a stunned congregation.
He emphasized that his mission on Earth is not about longevity but about the fulfillment of a divine assignment.
Odumeje explained that his ministry was established to remove doubts about the existence and power of Jesus Christ, stating that his central message is focused on the sovereignty of one God and one divine power.
“Our mission is to clear your doubt about Jesus Christ. Our message is simple: One God, one power—and that man is Jesus Christ,” he added.
Known for his flamboyant preaching style, theatrical deliverances, and viral catchphrases like “The Indaboski Bahose,” “The Liquid Metal,” and “The War,” Odumeje has become a polarizing figure in Nigeria’s religious landscape. While many hail him as a spiritual force, others question the dramatic methods and controversial prophecies that define his ministry.
Regardless of public opinion, Odumeje remains resolute in his conviction and continues to draw large crowds—both physically and online—with his bold proclamations and unconventional style.
