Remo By-election: Oyeleke Folajuwon Oluwole Courts Local Legislators’ Support In Bid For APC Ticket

As part of his strategic consultations ahead of the All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries for the upcoming House of Representatives by-election in Remo Federal Constituency, Oyeleke Folajuwon Oluwole held a familiarization meeting with all Sagamu Local Government councillors. The meeting, which took place on April 22, 2025, at Pacific Guest House in Sagamu, Ogun State, provided an opportunity for Oyeleke to formally engage the local legislators and seek their support for his aspiration to emerge as the APC flagbearer.

In his opening remarks, Oyeleke emphasized the vital role of local legislators in shaping political direction within the party. The legislators emphasized the need for strong and courageous representation for Remo at the national level.Present at the meeting were all ward councillors from Wards 1 to 15 in Sagamu Local Government, alongside members of Oyeleke’s campaign team and APC stakeholders.
