RYD 2025: Remo Youth Association Round-up 7th Annual Remo Youth Day With Thanksgiving Service At St. Peter’s Anglican Church, Ilara Remo

In a vibrant display of community spirit and unity, the Remo Youth Association (RYA), led by the dynamic Comrade Bidemi Solanrin, concluded the 7th Annual Remo Youth Day on December 14, 2025, with a special Thanksgiving Service at St. Peter’s Anglican Church in Ilara Remo, Ogun State. This significant gathering not only marked a day of devotion but also highlighted the youth’s commitment to positively impacting their community.
The event commenced with a heartfelt prayer led by the Pastor-in-charge, followed by a jubilant procession as youth delegations danced and celebrated, giving thanks to God for the success of the 2025 Remo Youth Day and the Association’s growth from its inception to the present day.
During the Thanksgiving Service, RYA Chairman Comrade Bidemi Solanrin expressed profound gratitude to God for his leadership period, noting that throughout his tenure, not a single member was lost, nor were there any reported illnesses or criminal incidents. He acknowledged the grace enabling the Association to flourish and extended appreciation to his executives, affiliated associations, and all participants who contributed to the event’s success. Comrade Solanrin also conveyed greetings to the Akarigbo of Remo Land, Oba Babatunde Adewale Ajayi, and all royal monarchs, chiefs, and indigenes of Remo Land as they anticipate the upcoming Remo Day 2025 celebrations on December 27th.
As a testament to their community commitment, the RYA generously donated an ultra-modern sound system to the church, enhancing its facilities for worship and gatherings. This gesture was warmly received by church Pastor, who expressed heartfelt gratitude on behalf of the entire congregation.
The Special Thanksgiving concluded with prayers for the youth and the overall welfare of Remo Land, fostering a sense of hope and collaboration among attendees.
