The Ogun Deputy Leader and lawmaker representing Sagamu Constituency 1 (Offin) at the Ogun State House of Assembly, Hon. Abdul Bashir Oladunjoye (a.k.a Segun Shitta) has commissioned another boreholes in Muslim High School (Junior Section), Sabo Sagamu, while also assuring his constituents of more projects within his embodiment capacity.

The lawmaker, who commenced the commissioning yesterday, Friday, 18th March, 2022, barely after a week he also commissioned a water project for the people of Ijagba Community, Sagamu, said the project was to partly fulfill his promises to his constituency, GENESIS MEDIA HOUSE report.

Speaking at the occasion, the Principal of the Muslim High School (Junior School), Mr. Ajetunmobi stated that the borehole project was executed at the right time, as the school had suffered lack of access to potable water for the past years. He stated further that he was happy that the lawmaker fulfill his promises at a very short time his attention was called to what the school needed. “On behalf of my humble self, the teaching and non teaching staff, the students and parents of this bona-fide school, we say thank you for this kind gesture you brought to the school”, Mr. Ajetunmobi said while appreciating the lawmaker.

In addition, the principal also uses the medium to took the legislator round the school premises to witness other construction projects that the school wants him to facilitates.

During the water project commissioning, the leadership of Association Of Sabo Sagamu Youth Leaders (ASYL) also used the avenue to present the legislator a “LEADERSHIP AWARD” in appreciation of all he has done for the youth body and for the entire Sabo Sagamu community within the little time he had spent in office.

In his remarks, the legislator thanks all those who graced the event despite the short notice. “We did not promise to do it all but we’ll continually do whatever we can to alleviate the suffering of our constituents from the meagre resources available to us”, he added.

Notable people that graced the occasion are; the Junior School Principal, Teachers & Non Teaching Staff of the School, The School PTA Chairman & The Secretary, The APC Ward 5 leaders & excos, Political Leaders from various wards, The ASYL executives, The entire Team Shitta Continua, Party members and all well wishers.
