The Distinguished Senator representing Ogun West District, Aremo Solomon Olamilekan Adeola Yayi has donated two (2) Hajj slots to members of Sa’adatul Abadiyya Organisation of Nigeria, (SAON) Abeokuta Branch, Ogun State.

The event and selections which took place today Sunday 10th February, 2024 at Sa’adatul Abadiyya Central Mosque, Abiola Way, Leme, Abeokuta was strictly supervised by the National Missioner/Chief Imam (SAON), Alhaji Ismail Abdul-Lateef and Branch Chairman of SAON, Abeokuta, Alhaji (Chief) Surajudeen Adebisi Bada, the CEO, SurryB Oil and Gas Ltd.

MR BAKENNE MALIK and MRS ABIMBOLA TAIWO HASSANAT was picked from male and female members respectively, after thorough screening. Their Nomination Forms were handed over to them by the First Baba Adinni General of SAON, Alhaji (Chief) Muibudeen Adio Adekunle CEO, MUYAD Oil and Gas Ltd.

Alhaji (Chief) Alli Ajibode, one of Founding members and Chiefs of Sa’adatul Abadiyya Organisation of Nigeria, who brought the message of the sponsorship from Senator Adeola confirmed that the Senator was named SULAIMON as a Muslim, but has his named changed to Solomon by his Christian Guardian. He said the Senator has the love of Muslims in his blood and that was why he decided to be Sponsoring people to Hajj Pilgrimage. He said this he had been doing in Lagos as a Legislator before coming back to his father State, Ogun.

Alhaji Ajibode made mentioned of the Empowerment Programme that Senator Yayi has done for Market Men and Women and particularly the 1st Empowerment of 15000 Trained Constituents with Equipments and Start-up Grant done by Aremo Solomon Adeola. The first of its kind in the history of Ogun State.

The Baba Adinni General, National Missioner/Chief Imam, Branch Chairman, Beneficiaries and all members of Sa’adatul Abadiyya Organisation of Nigeria, Abeokuta Branch were happy and thanked Senator Adeola for the gesture he extended to the Organisation and prayed to Almighty Allah to reciprocate it with his good deeds.
