Oyeleke Folajuwon Oluwole, a leading contender for the House of Representatives seat in Remo Federal Constituency, has extended heartfelt Eid-el-Fitr greetings to Muslim communities across the constituency. Emphasizing unity, compassion, and national solidarity, he highlighted the values of the Islamic celebration as essential pillars of inclusive governance.

In a statement released today, Oluwole commended the resilience and devotion of Muslims who observed the holy month of Ramadan. “Eid-el-Fitr symbolizes renewal, gratitude, and the triumph of faith,” he remarked.

“I join our Muslim brothers and sisters in celebrating this blessed occasion and urge all Nigerians to embrace the core lessons of Ramadan: patience, charity, and communal harmony.”

Demonstrating his commitment to grassroots engagement, Oluwole recently distributed financial assistance to over 500 Muslim faithful across Remo Land during Ramadan. Personally visiting various communities, he greeted worshippers and provided support to families in need, reinforcing his dedication to fostering unity and bridging religious and cultural divides. “Our strength lies in our unity. As we celebrate, let us also remember those facing hardships and reaffirm our commitment to building a society where no one is left behind,” he stated.

The Eid celebration also served as an opportunity for Oluwole to reiterate his key policy priorities, including education, healthcare, and economic empowerment. “Just as Ramadan teaches us the importance of uplifting others, leadership must be centered on the well-being of the people,” he added, earning widespread applause from attendees.

Local leaders commended his gesture, with Imam Abdulrahman Bello remarking, “His dedication to inclusivity and community engagement gives hope for a more collaborative future. We need servant leaders like him who celebrate with us and support us beyond election seasons.”
