Nigeria @ 66: Let October Bring Freedom, Unity And Renewed Purpose – APC Remo Federal House Of Representatives Candidate, Hon. Funmilayo Efuwape

As Nigeria celebrates its Independence Day and we welcome the month of October, Hon. Mrs. Olufunmilayo Efuwape (FAECO), APC Candidate for Member, House of Representatives, Ikenne/Sagamu/Remo North Federal Constituency, 2027, has called for renewed commitment to freedom, unity and national progress.

FAECO said Independence Day should remind Nigerians that freedom comes with responsibility, while unity remains essential to building a peaceful and prosperous society. She urged citizens to reflect on the sacrifices that shaped the nation and continue to uphold the values that bind the country together.

According to her, October should be a month of renewed hope and purpose, with Nigerians strengthening community bonds, making wise choices and working together for a better future. She also prayed for peace in homes, wisdom in leadership, stronger institutions and greater opportunities for the people.

“Happy Independence Day, Nigeria, and Happy New Month to the good people of Remo,” FAECO said. “May October bring us freedom with responsibility, unity with purpose, and progress with dignity.”
