A Nollywood comic actor, Tolani Quadri Oyebamiji, popularly known as Sisi Quadri is reportedly dead.

It is a heartbreaking time for the Yoruba movie industry as they lose one of their own, Sisi Quadri.

Sisi Quadri, was born on December 25, 1979, in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. He is a prominent Yoruba movie actor, specifically known for his contributions to Nigerian Nollywood films.

Around a decade ago, he embarked on his acting journey, and it was his role in the film “Seranko Seniyan” that earned him the moniker “Sisi Quadri.”

Sisi Quadri was reportedly admitted into a hospital in Iwo after having hiccups for hours, and passed on days after.

Oyebamiji’s death was announced by some of his colleagues in the Yoruba movie industry.

Announcing his death, Nollywood actress, Abiola Bayo wrote on her verified Instagram handle, “You will be greatly missed, Sisi Quadri. May your soul rest in perfect peace.”
