Robbery Rocks Sagamu Again As Thieves Target Clothing Stores, Sewing Shops In Isote Area

In a disturbing repeat of a recent trend that happened in the midnight of Tuesday, November 4th, 2025, robbers have struck again in the Isote area of Sagamu, Ogun State, targeting two shops and making off with valuable goods.
According to report, the thieves broke into a clothing store, carting away newly delivered goods worth millions of naira. The stolen items include an assortment of clothing materials, garments, and textiles, which were reportedly delivered to the shop just days ago.
In a separate incident, the robbers also targeted another shop in the same area, stealing a brand-new sewing machine that was recently gifted to the shop owner. The sewing machine, valued at several hundred thousand naira, was the latest addition to the shop’s equipment.
This latest incident is a deja vu for the Isote community, which was still reeling from a similar robbery that occurred just a few weeks ago. In that incident, robbers also broke into shops and carted away goods worth millions of naira, leaving the community in shock and calling for increased security measures.
