Nigerian Man Demonstrates Remarkable Integrity, Returns $135,000 Accidentally Deposited Into His Wallet

In a commendable act of honesty, Sunusi Danjuma Ali, a Nigerian cryptocurrency trader, has returned over $135,000 (equivalent to more than N200 million) that was inadvertently credited to his Bitunix platform wallet.
Upon logging into his account, Ali noticed the erroneous balance and promptly recognized that the funds did not belong to him. Demonstrating his integrity, he immediately reported the issue to the Bitunix Africa team and contacted them via the company’s official social media account.
Bitunix later verified that the unexpected credit resulted from a system glitch. Rather than exploit the situation, Ali took the initiative to request that the error be corrected, earning widespread acclaim for his ethical decision-making.
Bashir Ahmad, a former presidential aide, highlighted Ali’s commendable actions on social media, emphasizing that such integrity should be celebrated. He remarked, “It is always good to be good. This brother, Sunusi Danjuma Ali, found a significant balance in his crypto account and understood that it must have been a mistake. Instead of withdrawing the funds, he chose honesty and promptly alerted the Bitunix team for resolution. Well done!”
