Omooba Adeniyi Adesola Idowu Enhances Agbowa Community With Solar Lighting Initiative

Omooba Adeniyi Adesola Idowu, popularly known as Niyifola, has brought a bright new beginning to Emuko Street in the Agbowa area of Sagamu, Ogun State, through his generous donation of three pieces of 2,400-watt solar lights. This thoughtful gesture was officially installed on May 14, 2025, and will illuminate the community while enhancing security.
At the installation event, Hon. Rayfard represented Niyifola, overseeing the project’s implementation to ensure proper monitoring. The solar lights were erected on three poles, and community leaders, led by Baba Professor, received the donation with gratitude, commending Niyifola for his kind-hearted gesture.
In his address, Hon. Rayfard emphasized Niyifola’s commitment to his slogan, “Putting You First.” He assured the residents of Makun that Niyifola will consistently prioritize the interests of the community. He expressed confidence that this initiative is a testament to Niyifola’s capability to represent the Makun people in the 2027 Ogun State House of Assembly, urging residents to unite and support his political aspirations. “This solar lighting project is not driven by ambition alone, but from Niyifola’s understanding of the grassroots challenges; he genuinely seeks to contribute to community development,” Rayfard stated.
He further noted that the installation of solar lights will significantly enhance electrification in the area, improve security, and reduce crime rates by providing reliable illumination for the community.
Baba Professor, speaking on behalf of all community members, expressed deep appreciation for Niyifola’s generous contribution. He highlighted the practical benefits of the solar lighting and acknowledged the positive impact it would have on the community. “Niyifola’s ongoing contributions to our community will undoubtedly pave the way for his future endeavors,” he remarked, affirming that this is the kind of representative the people need in positions of power. He concluded with a prayer for Niyifola’s success in all his pursuits, emphasizing the importance of his leadership for the betterment of the community.
