Remo Youth Association Welcomes New Members, As Soyoye Solomon, Oyeleke Oluwole And Olusola Fadipe, Onboard For A Greater Community
In a remarkable display of commitment to community development, three distinguished sons of Remo Land have officially joined the Remo Youth Association (RYA) as bonafide members. Mr. Soyoye Akinyode Solomon, founder of Soyoye Akinyode Welfare Initiatives (SAWI); Engr. Olusola Fadipe (popularly known as Peterfad), the Special Adviser to Governor Dapo Abiodun on Parks and Gardens; and Oyeleke Folajuwon Oluwole made the announcement during the association’s general meeting held on February 9, 2025, at Ilisha Town Hall, Ilishan Remo, Ogun State.
The trio expressed their steadfast support and loyalty to the RYA, urging its leadership to reach out whenever their services might be needed. They also encouraged the association’s members and leadership to regard them as fellow youths and active participants in the initiatives aimed at uplifting the community.

During the meeting, the RYA Chairman, Comrade Bidemi Solarin, warmly welcomed the new members and outlined the association’s rules and regulations. He emphasized that RYA is non-partisan and serves as the umbrella body for all youth organizations across Remo Land. Comrade Solarin acknowledged the significant contributions these new members could make towards fostering unity and development in the community.
In expressing gratitude to the RYA leadership for their dedication and voluntary service, the new members affirmed their intention to attend future meetings and participate actively in youth affairs within their respective localities.
Prominent figures at the meeting included Comr. Olugbenga Odumosu, former RYA Chairman, local youth coordinators, the youth president of Ilishan Remo, and representatives from various youth organizations throughout Remo Land.
In a show of support for the RYA’s initiatives, the three new members made generous donations: Mr. Soyoye contributed one hundred thousand naira, Oyeleke Oluwole supported with one hundred and fifty thousand naira, and Peterfad donated fifty thousand naira, all pledging further contributions to promote the association’s developmental goals.
This significant addition to the Remo Youth Association reflects a growing commitment among local leaders to foster youth engagement and collaboration in the pursuit of a better future for the community.
