Adewale STEM Contest Kicks Off Qualifying Examination For Students In Sagamu

The highly anticipated Adewale STEM Contest commenced today, June 19, 2025, at Remo Secondary School (RSS) in Sagamu. This inter-school qualifying examination, organized and sponsored by prominent philanthropist and entrepreneur Adewale Micheal Adesanya, aims to uplift and empower students in Remo Land through education and skill development.

Adewale, known for his extensive contributions to the community, expressed his commitment to fostering the growth of students and enhancing the lives of the people in Remo. “I have been dedicated to this initiative for over nine years, and it’s not about my political aspirations but rather my desire to support our youth and community,” he stated in an interview during the event.

The philanthropist outlined the purpose of the contest, highlighting its transformative potential for participants. He shared insights into the examination process, emphasizing that the overall best student would advance to the final stage, where they would compete against top students from other schools. Adewale announced that a total of 10 million naira has been set aside for the finalists, marking this as the fifth edition of the empowerment program.
