WEEKLY DIGEST: Osho Takes APC Campaign To Sagamu Grassroots, Engages Atoyo Elimar Community
The Consultant to the Ogun State Governor, Prince Hon. Adewale Moshood Osho, MIIA, MNCS, on Saturday, September 26, 2026, took the APC campaign to the grassroots in Sagamu, where he engaged landlords and residents of the Atoyo Elimar Community Development Association on the need for continued participation in the political and developmental process of the community. During the engagement, Osho commended the association’s leadership and members for their dedication to community development, while highlighting the importance of sustaining a strong relationship between government, political leadership, and grassroots communities.
Osho called on residents to support all APC candidates across the various levels of government in the 2027 elections, particularly Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola (Yayi), whom he described as a candidate whose emergence as Governor of Ogun State would provide an opportunity to advance the development agenda of the state. He referenced developmental interventions attributed to Yayi in the locality, including the provision of a transformer, streetlights, and empowerment opportunities, and urged the community to consider such interventions when making their electoral choices.

He also spoke on the proposed “Itesiwaju Agenda” for Ogun State, stressing that sustained grassroots support for the APC would, in his view, help strengthen the party’s capacity to attract further development and opportunities to Atoyo Elimar and other communities across the state.
