The countdown to the 55th Afotamodi Festival in Isara Remo, area of Ogun State, has officially begun, and this year, the festival promises to shine brighter than ever with the innovative contributions of the newly appointed Special Assistant to the Governor on Park and Garden, Engr. Olusola Fadipe, popularly known as Peterfad. A proud son of Isara Remo, Peterfad is determined to infuse the event with creativity and energy, ensuring a colorful celebration that resonates with both locals and the diaspora.
Scheduled to take place from November 4th to November 9th, 2024, the festival will feature an array of exciting events, including football competitions, cultural showcases, beauty pageants, quizzes, and youth nights. The grand finale will culminate at the AUD Primary School, where renowned artiste Alh. Wasiu Alabi Pasuma will grace the occasion as the special guest.
