APC Stalwart Olasunkanmi Ijaduoye Resigns From Remo North Campaign Media Committee
A loyal member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Amb. Chief Olasunkanmi Ijaduoye, has resigned from his position as a member of the Media and Publicity Committee of the APC Campaign Council in Remo North Local Government.
In a resignation letter dated September 3, 2026, and addressed to the APC Chairman in Remo North Local Government through the Party Secretary, Ijaduoye said his decision was strictly a resignation from the committee and not from the party.
Ijaduoye, who said he has remained a committed member of the APC since 2011, recalled his years of contributions to the growth and success of the party. He also highlighted his role as a member of a six-man media committee that contributed to restructuring the party’s media operations and the establishment of the media team for Prince Dapo Abiodun.
The APC stalwart, however, expressed dissatisfaction with his current placement in the local government media committee, describing the role as one that does not reflect his experience, contributions and professional capacity within the party.
Despite his decision to step down from the committee, Ijaduoye reaffirmed his loyalty to the APC and his commitment to the unity, progress and continued success of the party.
He stated that his resignation was based on his personal decision not to serve in any capacity he believes undermines his years of experience, contributions and standing within the party.Ijaduoye concluded by wishing the APC and the Remo North Campaign Council success in their activities and political engagements.
