It saddens our hearts to hear and announce the death of our Great-grandmother, Grandmother and beloved Mother, Madam Amudat Idowu Mohammed – Nee Odusanya (a.k.a IYA LATAWA), who died early morning today, Monday 8th, August 2022 at Aged 86. Burial services will also be held today according to the Muslim rites by 4:00pm at her residence at No 6, Ogededudu Street, Sabo Sagamu, Ogun State.
Iya Latawa as she is fondly called before her demise, kindness was contagious, a very caring mother, and mother of all Youths and her memory will live on forever in our hearts.
It is a great loss to the entire Youths body and all residents of Ogededudu Community, Sagamu.
There is no doubt that Iya Latawa was a mother to all, particularly the youth of Ogededudu as she always throw her weight and support for youth development and community security of lives and properties of the area. The entire Ogededudu youth have lost by a rare gem.
Our deepest condolences to our dear most distinguished brother, uncle, colleagues, stalwarts, leader and son of the demise, Comr. Abdul Rasaq Mohammed – OLOWO; Chairman, Ogededudu Youth Development Association, Sagamu.
May her soul rest in perfect peace and in the bossom of thy Almighty Allah.
